Application : The annual Prices for an Educational Project

The range of possibilities of the different senses of the child can be promoted by activities that have an impact on the development of the brain and the emergence of cognitive functions.

The aim of the annual Prices for an educational project is to encourage the creation and realisation of new projects that contribute to the development of children by promoting multi-sensoriality as a fundamental basis for their development and their openness to the world.

Admission requirements and procedures

The aim of these prizes, with a 1st price worth €2,500, and a 2nd prize €1,500, is to support a French non-profit organisation which proposes a new project enabling children under 4 years of age to learn to use several sensory channels in a playful way, which will enable them to develop their own sensory skills

– will help them to develop their talent and creativity while taking care to avoid over-stimulation,

– and which will enable them to have a more accurate representation of the world around them.
Fill in the application form and send it to contact@5senses4kids.org before midnight on October 10th 2024, enclosing the requested documents. Applications are only accepted online.

Upon receipt, the files will be examined by the Selection Committee, which may contact the candidates for further information.
The Selection Committee will pay particular attention to the following criteria:

  • The originality and innovative nature of the project involving at least 2 senses
  • Its feasibility
  • The involvement of children in the project and the measures planned to assess the impact on development


After examining all the projects submitted, the selection committee will decide on the funded projects. All applicants will be informed of the decision by e-mail. No complaints will be taken into consideration after the deliberations of the Selection Committee
The 5 senses for kids Foundation Annual Educational Action Awards will be presented at an official award ceremony on November 21st 2024. This date may be changed by the Board of Directors. 5 senses for kids Foundation shall not be held responsible in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control which prevent the organisation of the award ceremony.

During this event, the representative(s) of the winning organisations will be received by the members of the Selection Committee and by the Founder of “5 senses for kids Foundation”. Other people may also be invited: patrons, donors, journalists, etc

The 1st prize of 2,500 euros and the 2nd prize of 1,500 euros may not be contested in any way by the representative(s) of the winning associations.
The winning organisations accept without reservation the conditions of this document in its entirety as well as the legal notices of the “5 senses for kids Foundation” website.

The representatives of the winning organisations agree to :

  • to participate in person at the award ceremony and to take part free of charge in the promotion of the Prize by means of photos, interviews or films.
  • to make their best efforts to participate free of charge, at the request of “5 senses for kids Foundation”, in any event, public relations operation or journalistic solicitation organised by or for the Endowment Fund.
  • to authorise “5 senses for kids Foundation”, as well as its sponsors, to use his or her image free of charge in the context of
    • the communication of “5 senses for kids Foundation”
    • and/or its action and/or the communication around the Prize and/or the communication around the representative(s) of the winning association
    • and/or the communication carried out by the sponsors of “5 senses for kids Foundation” (according to the conditions of the sponsorship agreements).
    • and in the context of press, digital, audio and/or audiovisual information for a period of 10 (ten) years from their participation in the Prize, for exploitation (including the representation, reproduction and adaptation of these elements) in whole or in part, in all countries of the world on all media, including but not limited to the entire Internet network (in downloadable or non-downloadable version, on all websites including the website of “5 senses for kids Foundation”; community sites, platforms and social networks); “5 senses for kids Foundation” communication tools, in particular programmes or brochures; during “5 senses for kids Foundation” events; in all types of magazines, newspapers, journals or other media for journalistic information and this by all processes, by all means, all vectors, and in all formats
  • Each person from the association who applies undertakes to provide truthful information.


“5 senses for kids Foundation reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided by the members of the applicant organisation. Failure to comply with the conditions of admission set out in this document and, in general, any inaccurate or misleading statement or any fraud, will result in the disqualification of the applicant(s) from the association.
